Fanaura provides a music marketing and fan engagement platform that enables artists to create pre-save campaigns, smart links, and manage their fan relationships. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-save campaign creation and management
  • Smart link generation for music releases
  • Fan data collection and analytics
  • Integration with streaming platforms
  • Marketing automation tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Fanaura offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using our service, you grant Fanaura a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Fanaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
